With an emphasis on COLOUR and CRAFTSMANSHIP,  Montes&Clark and Emily Pinsent launch a curated collection.

The Long Room, a new interiors shop, opened its doors on the High Street in Tisbury on Saturday 27th November.  As well as the finest artisan pieces from the Montes&Clark collection, it offers a curated collection of homeware including ceramics from Portugal and France, Danish hand-dipped candles, Portuguese baskets, Moroccan rugs, glassware from Milan.

The Long Room is a collaboration between the British-based Mexican design company, Montes&Clark, and Emily Pinsent, a collector of ceramics and textiles. Each piece has been chosen by Emily for its classic meets cool quality and high quality of craftsmanship.  The focus is on colour, pattern and classically cool design, and always with a nod to traditional craftsmanship.  This reflects the existing Montes&Clark range of hand crafted textiles which are bought from woman’s cooperatives in Mexico, and then cut and finished in its workshop in Tisbury.

The shop is on the square in Tisbury high street, walking distance from Tisbury Station and the new Messum’s Gallery.
