Unless stated otherwise, the delivery costs are indicated at point of purchase. At peak periods deliveries may take slightly longer. Items may not always be delivered on weekends. If you need an item to arrive by a certain date please let us know and we will accommodate. We will aim to let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay and will arrange a new delivery date with you. Please allow extra time for deliveries outside the United Kingdom mainland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and other regions which are less accessible to post carriers.
We will not be liable for any export or import duties, taxes, or holding fees arising as a result of the goods being sent to a destination outside the United Kingdom.
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of order placement.
Overseas Delivery. We will happily ship anywhere in the world, additional costs may apply depending on location. Please proceed with your order and we will contact you once the shipping has been calculated. Alternatively please contact with your postcode for a quick quote for shipping outside of the UK. Delivery within EU approximately £15.00 delivery cost.
Furniture Delivery. Delivery to the UK only. We will arrange a courier. Please proceed with purchase and we will charge you according to your delivery address (typical price £15). If you would like a quote for delivery please contact us with your address. Many thanks.
We hope that you will love our products, but you may return your order within 7 working days of delivery for UK orders, and 14 days for international orders. Unless the item is faulty, it is returned at your own cost.
We cannot refund any returned items which are not in new or unused condition. If you return an item we recommend using insured registered post and keeping proof of postage. We cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or defective please inform us immediately after delivery. We may ask you to return the goods to us at your cost. After verifying that the goods are damaged or defective, we will take one of the following actions
- Provide you with a full or partial refund, including the cost of your returning the goods to us
- Replace the goods with a similar item
- Repair the goods
